How do I use OliveSelect?
As a general tonic for improving immune health take 2 capsules every day with breakfast (especially during the winter months).
If you suffer from CFS you can take 2 capsules 3 times a day for the first 2 to 4 weeks and then reduce the dose to 1 capsule 3 times a day before meals.
During and attack of cold and flu – take 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals for the first 3 to 5 days. Thereafter maintain with 2 capsules daily for another 3 weeks.
What do I need to be careful of when using OliveSelect?
Olive leaf extract has been shown to reduce blood sugar levels. Therefore diabetics using medication to control blood sugar levels should avoid using the product. Olive leaf extract also has blood pressure lowering properties so if you have a tendancy to low blood pressure use the product with caution – be aware of symptoms of light headedness, dizziness or even fainting.
People using Olive leaf extract over a long period of time may experience a type of “detox reaction”. The body starts to remove dead microbes and this results in headaches, fatigue, and digestive problems. This is a good reaction and should not last for more than 3 days. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day to flush out these microbes faster.
If I am pregnant or breastfeeding can I use OliveSelect?
